As one of London's  short-term rental agencies, we are always looking for quality houses and apartments in the Central London area to meet the needs of our discriminating visitors who come to London throughout the year.

Instead of staying in a bland and anonymous hotel environment, our visitors prefer the sense of living like a Londoner in a real home. If you decide to let them stay in your property you can be assured they will look after it. There is no need to hide away all your personal belongings.

Should you consider letting your house or apartment, please contact us and send us some photos, and we will be glad to visit you to discuss all the options and arrangements. If we take it on, we will prepare a full presentation of your property to put on our website and highlight its attractions.

Location: Our visitors usually want to stay somewhere central. We have selected a few that are further away that have some outstanding features such as an attractive outdoor space or exceptional facilities in the neighbourhood.

Availability: As part of the initial contract you can tell us when your property will be available to let, as far in advance as possible. All we ask is a minimum availability of 3 months in the year, though of course the longer it is available the more rewarding it will be for all concerned.

Bookings: Most of our stays are booked for a week or so, but some are much longer. Bookings are usually arranged several weeks if not months in advance, in accordance with the periods you have indicated as available, but if your plans change you have the option of reclaiming the property for your own use at any time provided it is not already booked. We maintain an up-to-the-minute bookings calendar on our site so this is always easy to check. We will always double-check with you before confirming any bookings.

Procedures: After more than 10 years in the business we have perfected our systems for handling bookings and payment transactions and for caring for our owners? properties. We can give you, as a new owner, reliable advice on all practical aspects such as security, legal arrangements and insurance. We provide high quality sheets and towels, laundered by a specialist company.

Upkeep: Our helpful and efficient staff can take care of the cleaning of your property during the letting period, to ensure that your personal possessions are taken care of and that everything is in order at the beginning and end of every stay. We make a point of greeting our visitors on arrival, to ensure they are comfortable and to explain the practicalities of your home and any of its special features.

Damages: A substantial damages deposit is included in the tariff to ensure that the cost of any damage is fully covered. In our experience this is rarely a problem apart from occasional breakage.

Payments: We pay our owners fortnightly on the 15th and the last day of each month.
